OTTO, Carol
With great sadness we announce the passing of Carol Ann Otto on Monday March 28, 2011 at Hospice Cornwall. Carol was the loving wife of 42 years to George and dear mother of Angie Blonde (Brent) and Nicholas (Kristine) Otto. She was the loving grandmother of Claudia, Maxx, Zak, Phoenix and Ronin. Carol is survived by be her brothers and sisters Earl (Lois) Markell, Sheila (late Don) MacKenzie, Gail (Iain) MacLeod, Gordon (Henriette) Markell, Wendy (Derle) Froats, Donna (Bob) Cottrell, Larry (Janet) Markell, Cindy (Kevin) Waldroff and Allan Markell. She will be missed by sisters-in-law Connie (Cliff) Middleton and Marjorie Michalicka and step-father Carl Peever. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Carol was predeceased by her father Lloyd Markell (1982) and mother Eva Peever (2009) and one grandson Joel (2004). Carol was the spark and strength in our family and she will be sadly missed by her family and friends. To honour Carol’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
